Branches of Hotel Chocolat have been popping up on every high street in the past few years so no doubt their sleek black premises laiden with luxury chocolates need little introduction. My mum is a big fan of Hotel Chocolat and loves it when she goes in there and a nice lady greets her with a silver tray of things to try! But “ssssh!” – don’t tell her, I’ve arranged for my mum to receive a bigger selection of Hotel Chocolat products this year and one lucky Maison Cupcake reader can do the same.

One of you can win this amazing prize from the Hotel Chocolat range of Mother’s Day gifts.

    Unfortunately, as my dear mother is diabetic, I would opt for the ‘101 Best Loved Chocolate Recipes Book’ along with a bar of the ‘50% Milk – Island Growers, Saint Lucia’ chocolate and the 70% Milk – ‘Rabot Estate, Saint Lucia’ chocolate (both of which are suitable for diabetics. Then she could make her own chocolate surprises from the recipe book using the chocolate!

    I’d get my mom the Rose and Violet Cremes because she’s always been into those flower flavours (I remember her buying a tin of violet sweets at Disney World back in 1985 and I thought they were the most chic and exotic thing my 5 year old self had ever seen!).
