Regular readers may recall the Christmas trip I took to Leith’s School of Food and Wine to check out the results of work they’d done with the Asda premium product range, Extra Special.

I’m delighted to be popping back to Leith’s to meet up with Asda’s team again tomorrow and can expect another evening in their copper saucepan decked kitchens to cook dishes using many of the Asda Extra Special products you see above.

You’ll hear more from me about that soon but in the meantime I am happy to give readers a chance to win a hamper of goodies.  It is filled with the following items* from the Asda Extra Special range and approved by chefs at Leiths:

    I think out of them all i want to try the Extra Special Belgian milk chocolate and pecan popcorn clusters the most, they sound sooo delicious, and i love popcorn soo much too, they sound really interesting 🙂

    Plum and ginger marinade. Sliced chicken marinaded then stir fry with fresh peppers, onions, bamboo shoots and shaves of carrot.. all piled onto a toasted ciabatta. MMMMMM

    Extra Special stem ginger chocolate biscuits would be what I think I’d love to try first, but such a difficult decision – so much of it sounds delicious.
