No Dairy Chocolate Smoothie With Pumpkin Seed Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 200 ml reduced fat coconut milk or you could use coconut soya yogurt
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
  • 1 small handful sunflower seeds
  • 1 small handful oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • fresh coconut to garnish optional

Instructions

  • Pile everything into power blender (except fresh coconut)
  • Blitz until smooth. Garnish with fresh coconut if using.
  • Drink immediately!
