Ingredients

large (or 2 small)

reduced fat coconut milk
or you could use coconut soya yogurt

water

pumpkin seed butter

sunflower seeds

fresh coconut
(optional garnish)
Instructions
Pile everything into power blender (except fresh coconut if using)
Blitz until smooth. Garnish with fresh coconut if using.
