Prosecco Spritz Cocktail with Appletiser and Brandy
A celebratory Prosecco cocktail ideal for Christmas or New Year parties.
Ingredients
- 25 ml brandy
- 80 ml Appletiser sparkling apple juice
- 120 ml Prosecco
Instructions
- If you'd like sugar dipped glasses you'll need a little extra brandy and 2tbsp golden caster sugar in separate saucers; dip the rims in the brandy first, then the sugar.
- Then simply pour the ingredients into the glasses in turn.
Notes
Omit the brandy to make an Appletiser sparking apple juice Prosecco spritzer.
