pre-frozen in chunks

frozen raspberries

red cabbage
cut in rough chunks

ml
semi skimmed milk
or oat milk or soy milk
Instructions
Place the ingredients into the power blender jug. Replace the lid and blend for around 45 seconds until completely smooth. It's that easy.
