Fig Galettes - Bitesize Puff Pastries

Ingredients

pack puff pastry
1
egg
small, beaten
6
figs
cut into thin slices
3
tbsp
brown sugar
Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry, cut into small squares - around 6cm. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the pastry squares with beaten egg.
Top each pastry square with slice of fig and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
Bake at 180c/Gas 4 for 12-15 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Serve warm with creme fraiche.
