Breakfast Club Potato Recipe… oh no it isn’t

I’m going to go all mysterious on you now.

Above is my entry for this month’s Fuss Free Flavours Breakfast Club which has the theme of potatoes.

I’m not able to show you my tasty frittata yet, for reasons which will later be explained but since it features potato I was desperate to submit.

I hope you’ll forgive me being mysterious and I’ll tell you the recipe soon I promise – and the movie!
