    Sounds great. Can’t believe I made an amazing Nigella paella and missed the deadline for Sea Fish and Eat it Nigella 6! Had a hard month. Will call you for a catch up.

    I’m getting an ice cream maker for my birthday (30th July) so might not be able to use it in this challenge – will see if I can put my thinking hat on for more of an iced dessert instead… yum!
