Part of the fun choosing gifts for other people is that we stumble across all kinds of goodies we’d like ourselves.
Shopping is *cough* something I’m rather good at so it didn’t take much of a draw when new gift choosing service Inkling asked me if I’d recommend some gifts for their users. They’ve invented a tool that helps busy people find thoughtful gifts. You tap in what kind of person you’re buying a gift for i.e. age / gender / interests and throws up some lovely choices according to your budget.
Gifts are sourced from a range of online retailers including John Lewis, Liberty, Amara and many more. Everything on the site has been hand selected by gift editors specialising in different styles – my selection is mostly kitchenware but other editors choose fashion and accessories.
Here is a preview of gifts I have recommended to Inkling – if you like any of these you can create your own wishlist to send to drop hints – and a donation is made to homeless charity Shelter for purchases made this way.

What a wonderful eye you have for gifts. Mine is on that Camembert Baker. We love cheese in our house. May have to sneak that on into my own stocking. That olive oil dipping dish is also pretty stunning. Lovely roundup. Thank you
