8 summer salad recipes for Speedy Suppers

August 1, 2014 by Sarah / Maison Cupcake

Savour these 8 summer salads for speedy suppers using seasonal ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes.

Thank you to Katie for hosting last month’s Speedy Suppers with quickie salad suggestions. We had an incredible range of sophisticated salads way beyond the humble cucumber / lettuce / tomato of my youth!

It’s my turn to pick up the baton and round up these recipes – I’m also hosting this month’s Speedy Suppers linky below which has the theme PICNICS.

Enter Speedy Suppers August – PICNICS!

This month we are taking our speedy suppers out of the house – we want to see anything you could take with you on a picnic. Naturally this *might* include salad too but expands into any types of sandwiches or fast bakes you can come up with.

Here are the rules and I look forward to seeing lots of lovely entries!
